The Rooted Circle is a group of women who want to live with greater inner authority, discernment, and integrity. These facilitated gatherings invite women into a shared space of listening and reflection, using myth and story as ways of understanding how our inner lives shape our choices, relationships, and sense of self.

Each gathering begins with a traditionally told myth or folktale, followed by quiet reflection and guided conversation. Rather than analyzing stories or offering fixed interpretations, we approach them as living material — allowing symbolic and psychological meaning to emerge through listening, journaling, and shared inquiry. This work is informed by depth psychology and a Jungian orientation, with an emphasis on curiosity, pattern recognition, and lived experience.

Over time, the circle works with a small sequence of carefully chosen myths drawn from different cultural traditions, each offering a lens into perception, loss, discernment, and sovereignty. The pace is intentionally slow, allowing stories to settle and reveal what feels personally relevant rather than prescriptive.

While private sessions focus on individual exploration, The Rooted Circle offers the opportunity to listen and reflect alongside others — gaining perspective through shared presence, conversation, and the quiet recognition that often arises when stories are held in community.
