CHAUNCI PIRHALLA
Narrative Coach for Women, informed by Jungian psychology and the Enneagram
Chaunci Pirhalla is a Narrative Coach for women, oriented toward both inner and outer landscapes. Her work is Jungian-informed and draws on the Enneagram as pathways into the inner life. Raised in Alaska, she spent much of her childhood outdoors — shaped by freedom, curiosity, and a close relationship with the natural world. She has always been drawn to stories and connection. While her early years were full and fast-moving, her work today reflects a practiced devotion to slowing down and listening for patterns, meaning, and what emerges when women are given space to reflect.
Her work is relational and reflective, inviting women to notice patterns, engage symbolic material, and develop a more conscious relationship with the stories shaping their lives. Drawing on depth psychology, dream inquiry, myth, and the Enneagram, she offers language for what is often felt but not yet named.
For more than two decades, her life has been shaped by close attention to both inner and outer life — raising her son through home education, living close to the land, and learning through lived experience. What began as a quiet way of living came into focus in midlife, when she realized this was something she wanted to name, deepen, and offer to others. A steady anchor in her work is a practice she returns to each year: intentional solitude through a long-distance solo walk, a way of integrating what she lives and staying rooted in what she offers.
Chaunci is the founder of Walking Rooted, where she offers private sessions, women's circles, and myth-led workshops. With a background in documentary photography and global travel, she brings a practiced capacity for presence, witnessing, and story into her work. She is currently developing walking retreats for 2026 that weave myth, movement, and presence—creating space for women to meet what is emerging with attention and care.
