TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sessions are scheduled a minimum of 3 days in advance. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and any pre-session materials shortly after booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Because my time and preparation are reserved specifically for you, all sales are final and sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your session time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be accommodated at my discretion, but cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

While sessions are generally non-refundable, I am committed to your experience and will always do my best to address any concerns. If something feels unresolved, please reach out directly at [your email] and we will find a way forward together.

All digital materials — including PDF guides and any downloadable resources — are final sale and non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Please do your best to arrive on time so we can make full use of our time together.

The Dream Portal

Access to the Dream Portal is available to current clients only and is not transferable. Reflections offered through the Dream Portal are personal responses to the symbolic and narrative material you share — they are not psychological analysis, diagnosis, or therapeutic interpretation. They are offered in the spirit of the work: curious, exploratory, and in service of your own self-understanding.

Scope of Services

Narrative Guidance and coaching are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, I encourage you to continue that support alongside our work together.
